CS Murkomen condoles with IG Douglas Kanja following death of his father
Interior Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen on Tuesday paid a condolence visit to Inspector General of Police Douglas Kanja and his family following the passing of his father, Mzee Weston Kirocho Kanja.CS Murkomen expressed his deep sympathy to the family, describing Mzee Kanja’s death as a great loss not only to his loved ones but also to all who knew him. He assured the family of the government’s and his ministry’s continued support during the difficult period.
“We stand in solidarity with the family, offering our heartfelt prayers and support during this time of immense grief,” Murkomen said. Murkomen was accompanied by his CS for Environment Dr Deborah Barasa, Deputy IGs Eliud Lagat (KPS) and Gilbert Masengeli (APS), and NTSA Director-General George Njao.
